V	Vruchi Vasudevan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We tried the dosa pop up with 6 adults last week. The chef comes to our place and prepares fresh dosas for us. It is served with 2 chutneys, sambar and filter coffee. Prerna the chef was punctual and came a little early to set up. She also bought with her steel plates and bowls for the authentic food experience. She catered to individual needs of serving plain and masala dosas. The food was really tasty! The chutneys especially the coconut chutney was perfect! The sambar was delicious too. Dosas were hot and crispy. We would have loved a bit more on the quantity as it left us wanting a bit more instead of fully satisfied. We had approx 4 dosas each and would have had atleast 2-3 more. :) One thing that could have improved the experience was letting us know at the start that she needed her dishes to be washed. At the end of the yummy meal, we didn’t really want to clean dishes. Perhaps buying plastic banana leaves from Amazon would help with this? It can also add to the authenticity. All in all, I think we really enjoyed the experience. The food was really delicious and it was a perfect addition to a holiday where we didn’t need to cook :)

We eat one salad almost everyday since then and sandwiches on certain days of the month. The tips that she had shared during the lesson - I remember them very well. I am waiting to visit Netherlands someday to experience all that is possible in Prerna’sGoodFood now.

I tried a variety of different foods but I must admit her chana masala is my favorite. It was the perfect amount of flavorful and spicy, accompanied by fluffy bhatura. I've included some photos of them. I would definitely recommend ordering extra, so you have leftovers for the next day (because you'll want more)!
