What a great place. A pan cake in a converted church. The pews have been given a different function. Neat clean and DELICIOUS PANCAKES. Friendly staff. We had a good time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mr. Pancake..a terrible place. After a first visit we decided to give it another chance, but this time it was even worse then the first time. Waited 20 minutes to order drinks, which then took another 10 minutes to arrive. In those 10 minutes we already made our choice from the menu, so we ordered nachos with cheese/chilisauce and onionsoup as starters and maincourse a pannekoek with spek, kaas, champignon, prei, ui and for me a kogelbiefstuk (ordered bloody rare). It took 30 minutes for the nachos and another 10 minutes for the onionsoup to arrive, both were dissapointing in taste and presentation. Finished both in 5 minutes and then the wait started for the maincourse which took another wopping 45 minutes to arrive. When it finally arrived, on the pannekoek wasn't prei but paprika and my kogelbiefstuk was well done and served sliced..both tasted not as desired and maybe needless to say but we didn't finish what was on our plate. So the food that we got was not what we ordered and it tasted bad.
Our waitress had no clue about waiting on tables, like taking multiple orders at once which saves time walking up and down to the kitchen/bar, looking up from her tray and just look around to see of there is someone searching for eyecontact (customer wanting to order or ask something) might help too.
For us there will definitely not be a third visit to Mr.Pancake
