★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very slow check out and not particularly customer friendly. Shame because the location town, Zwolle, is such a nice place and Primark normally quite good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The clothes are cheap, both in price and quality. It's good for basics like socks, and sometimes you can find nice t-shirts and such. But also many items are scratchy or fit weird. Generally I would suggest to pay a bit more and go to stores like H&M if you're into fast fashion, or higher end stores if you want quality. That being said, the price is also a bit lower than most other fast fashion stores, which means that if you want some cheap items that look good and don't need to last, or very basic stuff, the store can be quite useful. The price/quality balance itself is fine.
You also can only fit 8 items at once, including multiple sizes of the same item. Combining this with the fact a lot of stuff fits oddly it makes for possibly having to wait multiple times in line for fitting.
But that counts for any Primark.
Otherwise, this particular one has 3 floors making it quite large, which is nice. The downside is they rarely open all registers, so beside being able to have 20 if not more cashier's, they often only have 4 or 5 on both registers combined.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The building is good and have perfect ventilation. The only thing which is not good that the Bill counter is only working at Ground floor and hence resulted in long queues.
