Bijv een goede klanten training waardoor de medewerker niet geiriteerd reageert op een klant. vandaag in de winkel geweest bij "amber'' op de geert grootplein ik vroeg haar om een servetje om mijn kaart mee te bedekken in de envelop de toon waarop dat ging moest ik enorm van schrikken als klant. waarop ik nog eens flink te horen kreeg als deze envelop je bevalt dan mag u vertrekken uit de winkel??? pardon sinds wanneer gaan we zo met klanten om in de primera?? flinke afknapper op het personeel! Ik heb er niks anders dan goede ervaringen opgedaan. Fantastic staff, had some laughs there with them and always helped. And then I'm not even sarcastic. I have had nothing but good experiences there.

Vraag je voor een klein stukje plakband. krijg je als antwoord, nee het kost geld, is niet gratis nee. Een klein stukje plakband ? Het is een Primera ! Kom op zeg. Ik verstuur toch ook pakket, ik maak toch kosten bij jullie. Absurd echt waar. Ooit gehoord van een klein stukje klantenservice, klantvriendelijkheid? Nee dacht ik ook niet nee. Met die chagrijnige mensen daar aan het werk. Mij als klant hebben jullie zeker verloren. Nou ik ga iig voorlopig alleen bij de ? Bruna. Daar zijn ze wel een stuk vriendelijker.
