★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leuke kleine zaak. Wel veel jongelui achter de balie. Waarvan 1 wel eerlijk is om te zeggen dat die geen verstand heeft van e-sigaret. Jammer genoeg alleen tentoonstellen van dozen zonder inhoud van producten.
Nice little thing. Lots of young people behind the counter. Of which 1 is fair to say that he has no knowledge of e-cigarettes. Unfortunately only exhibiting boxes without product contents.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Postbode van Post.nl had een fout gemaakt. Op briefje stond dat het pakket, omdat we niet thuis waren, bij het dichtstbijzijnde Post.nl afhaalpunt zou worden bezorgd (dat is Primera Hoge Veld) maar volgens internet was het pakketje bij de buren bezorgd. Deze hadden niets ontvangen.
Toen ik belde met Primera om mezelf een onnodige rit er naar toe te besparen, weigerde degene die de telefoon aannam voor me te kijken of er op mijn naam/huisnummer een pakket bij hun lag, en gaf ze me de "wijze raad" naar de winkel te komen.
Wat een ongelooflijk slechte service!
Postman from Post.nl had made a mistake. The note stated that, because we were not at home, the package would be delivered to the nearest Post.nl collection point (that is Primera Hoge Veld), but according to the internet the package was delivered to the neighbors. These had received nothing.
When I called Primera to save myself an unnecessary drive there, the person who answered the phone refused to see if there was a package with my name / house number, and gave me the "wise advice" to the to come shop.
What unbelievably bad service!
