★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TERRIBLE service from a millennial guy who has no idea about customer service, only concerned about his feelings!!! My parcel was returned without good reason and for paying €108 and no fault of mine of course I am very very upset having to lug a 10kg parcel there again and be told that I have to write in and wait 6-8 weeks to TRY for a refund, and pay another €108 to re-send! Instead of trying to understand my predicament and representing PostNL to take some responsibility and finding a solution, all he cared about was HIS FEELING! He said he will not serve me if I don't speak to him nicely! The organisation you represent screwed up big time, cost me extra time, money and effort, van you seriously not understand the frustration!? And I wasnt even being rude. Emotional from all this, yes, and that's because your who-cares attitude infuriated me even more. Get your acts together. Everyone else please avoid this place, or if you have to come here, teach this millennial his place.
