β β β β β Moest even een simkaartje hebben omdat ik mijn telefoon was verloren, de dame van Primera rekende me gewoon even β¬ 5,- voor een gratis Lebarakaartje, ik heb er niets van gezegd want mijn verloren telefoon was op dat moment even belangrijker.
Ze dacht slim te zijn, maar ik koop daar nooit meer iets, dus per saldo verliezen ze er veel meer aan.
Ook is het erg onsympathiek personeel.
Ik koop uit principe zo veel als mogelijk bij de kleine middenstander, maar in dit geval loop ik de winkel voorbij en koop ik het bij de Hema of zo, ook mijn pakketjes breng ik sindsdien ergens anders.
 Had to have a SIM card because I had lost my phone, the Primera lady just charged me β¬ 5 for a free Lebara card, I didn't say anything about it because my lost phone was just as important at that time.
She thought she was smart, but I'll never buy anything there again, so on balance they lose a lot more.
Also it is very unsympathetic staff.
In principle I buy as much as possible from the small tradesman, but in this case I walk past the store and buy it at the Hema or something, and I've also taken my packages elsewhere since then.

β β β β β This Primera location is right in the center of the shopping street. You can park your car right in front of the shop. They have moved into a new unit not too long ago. It's much more spacious now with big windows which let in a lot of light.
There is a PostNL service point as well.

β β β β β Extremely rude ladies at the counter that act like they donβt even want to be there. They always make me feel like Iβm bothering them. I tend to avoid having packages delivered there and if I cannot help it, I dread it.

β β β β β I wish people would realize that even the most basic errands can be a challenge for the first time when you are in a foreign country. Taking a minute of your time to explain or direct someone who is confused can make a world of difference. The saleswomen here should try to remember this.
