★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Erg fijne Primera winkel met fijn personeel dat graag wou helpen met het uitzoeken van de juiste groote van de doos en ook met het uitzoeken van het juiste postbus nummer werd geholpen. Ook had ik het idee dat zij voor elke klant echt de tijd nemen wat ik bij sommige winkels tegenwoordig iets minder vindt.
Very nice Primera store with nice staff who were happy to help with choosing the correct size of the box and also with choosing the correct PO box number. I also had the idea that they really take their time for each customer, which I find a little less at some stores nowadays.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De oude vrouw die normaliter bij deze Primera werkt mag wel iets minder azijn drinken. Tevens mag zij en het overige personeel zich beter inlezen in de diensten die PostNL levert en een cursus klantvriendelijkheid volgen. We vallen anders namelijk in de herhaling wanneer ik wederom een poging doe hun kennis bij te schaven door ze te wijzen op de verschillende verzendmethodes, waarna wazige blikken en een grote mond de enige twee reacties zijn. Volgende keer ga ik wel weer naar de Gamma, waar men wel verstand van zaken heeft en mij goed weet te behandelen. Twee sterren omdat er op zeldzame momenten mannelijk personeel rondloopt die niet moeilijk doet.
The old woman who normally works with this Primera may drink a little less vinegar. She and the other staff are also allowed to better understand the services provided by PostNL and to follow a customer-friendliness course. Otherwise we will repeat myself when I make another attempt to hone their knowledge by pointing out the different shipping methods, after which blurry looks and a big mouth are the only two responses. Next time I will go to the Gamma again, where people know what to do and treat me well. Two stars because at rare moments there are male staff walking around who are not difficult.

Nice staff. Wide choice of magazines and maps. Also sell books and is a Postnl point.
