Pas geleden wilde ik toto spelen en ik vroeg de medewerker om hulp en uitleg bij het invullen van de toto formulieren. Tot mijn grote verbazing vroeg de medewerker hier GELD voor!!
Toen ik aangaf dat de winkels die ik ken hier nooit geld voor vragen, kreeg ik een boze reactie van de medewerker die als volgt luidde: "Dan ga je toch lekker naar een andere winkel!!"
Klantvriendelijkheid kennen ze niet bij de Primera aan de Dasstraat, ze zijn heel erg op de centen!!
Als je als klant zijnde slecht behandeld wil worden, dan moet je bij de Primera aan de Dasstraat wezen!!
I also have very negative experiences with this Primera establishment.
Recently I wanted to play toto and I asked the employee for help and explanation in filling out the toto forms. To my great surprise, the employee asked MONEY for this!!
When I indicated that the shops I know never charge money for this, I got an angry response from the employee who read: "Then you should go to another store!!"
They do not know customer-friendliness at the Primera on the Dasstraat, they are very much on the money!!
If you want to be treated badly as a customer, then you have to go to the Primera on the Dasstraat!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Over het personeel helemaal niks te klagen, alleen is het een postnl afhaalpunt, nu snap ik dat de winkel dicht is, maar een afhaalpunt om 17u sluiten en in het weekend ook gesloten zijn kan toch niet, ik werk tot 17u hoe moet ik mijn pakket afhalen? Laatste keer dat ik dit afhaalpunt gebruik.
Nothing to complain about the staff at all, only it is a postnl collection point, now I understand that the store is closed, but a collection point closes at 5 pm and it is not closed at the weekend anyway, I work until 5 pm how do I have my package Take Away? Last time I use this pick up point.
