A very open shop with lots of books. The owners are lovely people.

Just now I have mailed a parcel. The woman who was doing that was very very rude to me. I was returning a product to a web shop. There is a post.nl point there. I walked in and told her that I would like to mail this box please. Since it is in the webshop mail box, on which there is still a sticker of old barcode mailing to my address, she saw it, and said, "this will mail to you, it is not working." I said, "yes, I know, so I would like to have a new form where I can fill the address I want to mail to. " She said, "I don't have it, I can't help you. We just mail it. We don't have forms. You can go home and find your sticker or form. " I thought postnl will provide a form with barcode like DHL, but in fact they accept handwritten address. But the woman just did not help at all. Not even trying, and look very unhappy, like I was making trouble. I asked, it's a postnl point, shouldn't I just mail things from here? She said, "I DON'T UNDERSTAND YOUR PROBLEM. " Omg, what was wrong with her? She showed me one parcel with handwritten address, said:"people do like this" Then I understand that I can just write address on the box. I said "I have the address I want to mail to and I have the parcel at hand now. Can I mail it? " She said, yes. WITH NO OTHER WORDS! I said: just write down on the parcel? She said yes. And she just hand me a pen and hurry up with next customer. What's wrong with this woman. It's the worst, most hostile service I have received. She did not do her job, not even try, at all. I think I'm going to make a phone call to the shop and complain about her.
