★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Normaal een leuke winkel maar had laatst geen goede ervaring meegemaakt. Dat ging vooral om de hulp bij het pakketpunt. Ik was aan de beurt en had meerdere pakketjes. Een pakket had de medewerker gescant en de volgende ging niet zo soepel, toen heeft de medewerker dat pakketje maar gelaten en ging naar de volgende klant. Deze heeft ze overigens ook niet vriendelijk geholpen.. Kwam heel kattig over en met een dominante stem tegen hetde andere vrouw dat ze het wel beter weet dan zij. Uiteindelijk moest ik mijn pakketje vasttapen met tape die ik er ook nog terplaatse moest kopen en kreeg er niet eens een schaar bij om even te gebruiken. Zoals ik al zei normaal gesproken wel vriendelijk personeel maar die dag dus absoluut niet
Normally a nice shop but had not had a good experience recently. That was mainly about the help at the parcel point. It was my turn and I had several packages. The employee had scanned one package and the next one did not go so smoothly, then the employee left that package and went to the next customer. She didn't help this one either by the way. Looked very catty and in a dominant voice to the other woman that she knows better than she does. In the end I had to tape my package with tape that I also had to buy on site and didn't even get scissors to use. As I said normally friendly staff but that day absolutely not

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Openingstijden komen niet overheen met werkelijkheid. 8:15 stond ik nog te wachten dat de winkel openging ondanks internet aangeeft dat ze 8 uur open gaan. 8:30 waren ze er nog niet. slecht.
Opening hours do not match reality. 8:15 am I was still waiting for the store to open despite the internet indicating that they open 8am. 8:30 they were not there yet. bad.
