About Primera
Coöperatie Primera b.a. is in 1991 opgericht en is een landelijke winkelketen van, voor en door zelfstandig ondernemers. Met deze coöperatieve samenwerking staan wij “samen sterk”. Deze samenwerking heeft inmiddels onder andere geresulteerd in de grootste organisatie in de tabak- en gemaksbranche met meer dan 520 winkels.

โ โ โ โ โ Seriously unhandy opening times from a place that is supposed to handle packages and can not even use a EU drivers licence as proof of identity. Remember to take your passport with you if you are picking up a package.

โ โ โ โ โ Incompetent and rude staff.. It's the fourth time they couldn't find my package and I had to call PostNL to arrange everything, and on top of that they were really annoyed that I came to check again the day after.
Not to be rude or anything, but they should just chill out and leave their life peacefully and make space and give a job to a young person..

โ โ โ โ โ I'm posting 5 stars just to even out all the negative stuff in here. People, this is a pick up point for PostNL, the people at the shop are not the ones to blame if your package doesn't get delivered, you are barking at a wrong tree :) I never had an experience with them being rude. Yes, you need a valid picture id to pick up a package, what's strange about that? The opening hours could be longer, but this is the case will all Primera.

โ โ โ โ โ Very lovely people! As I am an expat, sometimes Dutch people are not very friendly when I speak English, but nothing like that at this place. One time I was asking about advice on what to give for a wedding of mine Dutch friends, another time I was looking for some nice package for a bottle of wine and lady in the shop spent 5 minutes to nicely wrap up my bottle of wine so it looked like a gift and she did it for free! So, awesome experience every time.

โ โ โ โ โ The worst Primera ever, old woman is totally unhelpful and arrogant. I got several times package from other person and when I found out (at home) and came to return these packages, they did not even apologized. They talked between themselves in dutch about saying that package was opened by customs (I speak & understand dutch)
They donโt even check if package is really in, they just tell you to come other day or that package didnโt come. If you strongly insist, then package is suddenly found. I will not sent anything to this Primera anymore, at least not until that old lady is gone. Unfortunatelly I cannot avoid that some companies send the packages for me in this location.

โ โ โ โ โ Nice as a shop of its kind. Now... about the rest, many could be better. And what concerns the Post service they offer, good only to go and send sth. Whenever l needed to pick up sth, l had a problem. Last time my package was magically not found. I took contact with Post.nl and they found that they definitely has received it because they had the shop's e-signature of their scanner in their system. Is it maybe high time that Post.nl find another place as a pick-up point?

โ โ โ โ โ Generally decent (postal) service but hours are not correct nor respected. Closed early when I arrive before closing time and can see the staff still working at the desk. Not very service-minded.
