About Primera
Coöperatie Primera b.a. is in 1991 opgericht en is een landelijke winkelketen van, voor en door zelfstandig ondernemers. Met deze coöperatieve samenwerking staan wij “samen sterk”. Deze samenwerking heeft inmiddels onder andere geresulteerd in de grootste organisatie in de tabak- en gemaksbranche met meer dan 520 winkels.
Onze winkels kunnen gebruik maken van een uiterst professioneel dienstpakket vanuit het hoofdkantoor bestaande uit marketing, assortimentsbeheer, winkelautomatisering, winkelinrichting, financiering en (bedrijfseconomisch en juridisch) bedrijfsadvies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid at all costs! A local mentioned that it used to be great, but the new owners are developing a very bad reputation. I can see why. They were so extreeeeeemely slow, unhelpful and not real bright. Frustrating experience trying to ship a package.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No matter who the new owner or staff is, they are all equally terrible. Depending on their mood and your grade of cooperation they switch from fake-friendly to full-blown impertinent. You better bring gigormeous patience and the usual Dutch arse-kissing gezellimania, because that's what you will need in order to get those women "working" there to finally help you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have visited multiple times previously and staff have been friendly, usually even offering a treat to our dog. Visited today to ask about sending a FedEx parcel as we had never done it before. The gentleman who served us was immediately rude and dismissive. When we asked for clarification, he added some sarcasm about leaving our package on the street for somebody to collect.

I couldn't collect my parcel because the lady said she only hands them out after 2 pm (which is obviously really convenient for her but not that convenient for the rest of us). Stores like this makes you wish you could just give zero stars. Take home message: Don't try to communicate with the lady, if you see she's the only one in store just leave and don't come back until you see the nicer and kinder gentleman. I have no idea what makes someone to be this grumpy and almost punitive to their customers. Overall, not eager to help, super arrogant and not so bright staff.

Opening hours could be better in my opinion.. if you work business hours and need to send something, you gotta rush over there before they close the shop. Employees are quite friendly, which is nice
