Van harte welkom op de website van onze school. Een prachtige basisschool die gevestigd is in de Nijmeegse wijk, De Weezenhof. De Prins Clausschool wil een school zijn waar voortdurend gezocht wordt naar evenwicht tussen hoofd, hart en handen. We bieden zo kwalitatief hoogwaardig, toekomstgericht en relevant onderwijs afgestemd op de behoefte van het kind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mijn advies: kies een andere school. Hoe goed je kind ook is in zaakvakken, reken- of spellingtoetsen, ze kijken alleen maar naar de laagste cito score. Kinderen met dyslexie behandelen ze als een leerling met VMBO niveau. Adequate ondersteuning hierin ontbreekt compleet. Daarnaast laten ze kinderen nodeloos een jaar overdoen, zonder de sociaal emotionele kant mee te nemen.
Individuele leerkrachten kunnen dan nog wel eens bovenuit steken, maar gemiddeld gesproken zijn ze ouderwets.
 My advice: choose another school. No matter how good your child is in case subjects, math or spelling tests, they only look for the lowest cito score. Children with dyslexia treat them as a student with VMBO level. Adequate support is missing completely. In addition, they unnecessarily allow children to take another year, without taking the socially emotional side with them.
Individual teachers can sometimes stand out, but on average they are old-fashioned.
