Irritante telefoon centrale die terug bel verzoeken ook niet doen. Inmiddels zijn we 13 werkdagen verder en het is nog niet klaar. Geld terug kan niet , want ze moeten het product eerst retour. (hoe kan dat als wij het nog niet hebben) service is waardeloos. Komen met een oplossing, dat we gewoon nog langer moeten wachten. Bestel hier niks, ga hier niet mee in zee! No appointment to make at all. They don't keep to anything. Delivery time 7-9 days. On day 9 you have to call where the tarpaulin stays. Annoying telephone exchange that does not do callback requests. We are now 13 working days further and it is not ready yet. Money back is not possible, because they must first return the product.
