★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I usually don't write reviews but for future reference. I printed one b/w page and the guy asked me to pay 75 cents for five pages?? And I said I only printed one page and this guy say then it is based on time you use the computer and pages. The computer was already running when I started to use! I ended up paying 41 cents. Yeah it's no biggie to pay 13 cents more but where's consistency? I have printed here one pages at least 5 time and it was always 28 cents with other staffs. This already happen twice, with the same guy. The other time the same guy asked me to pay 75 cents or something because it's color. Duh, I check and it was b/w and when confronted he said okay it's 28 cents then. I don't know how you manage your system but I don't understand why I have this issue with this guy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been using their service since two years and found it decently priced initially, however they have started looting customers in the name of corona. For 3 A4 pages i was charged more than 6 euro. Just because i am being forced to send them the document via email and not allowed to print myself, they thought its a good idea to charge 4 euro as service charge.

They provide a variety of services and it's possible to use a printer on your own.
Usually, I ask a young guy in the back office (I don't know his name, unfortunately) to help me because he's friendly and the most responsive amongst others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I printed a single A3 (120gr color) and a single A4 (90gr color), and they charged me 7,25e. They included 4,10 euro free for "file handling" even though I submitted my files online through their website order form.
