Sure you can do all you need here. My review is based on abuse instead. I went here to print all the documents I needed for a visa interview for a consulate. Because I needed to print 250 pages of information, I decided to print double sided TO SAVE MONEY not to save trees or anything like that. When I go to pay they charged me for each side as an individual page. They never told me this at the beginning when I asked them how to set up the double sided and not only that but IT JUST MAKES NO SENSE. Sure you're printing on both sides but it is LITERALLY using 1/2 the amount of paper. So either you guys actually don't care about trees or you just care too much about money. Find a way to charge people maybe 50% more but not 100% more for double sided. Felt insulted and robbed and ended with a bunch of double sided prints for pleasure as I didn't save a cent. Not to mention the minimum to pay with a Visa card is the ridiculous amount of 50€ and my crazy total for printing was 42€ (half the price of a new printer) and they still didn't allow me to use my card. When and where in the world has ANYONE seen a minimum so high? Especially at a print copy shop? My goodness.

Good variety of services. Sadly, the experience really depends on which member of staff comes to your assistance should you need it. I had tried going green by doing away with the printer and coming here was often indeed smooth sailing. Unfortunately, after a couple of occasions when I got a rude = not really service oriented member of staff to deal with on an already busy day made me revert to my old ways.

Simply bad quality prints, just go there if you need prints where quality is not important. Some of mine had stripes on them and non uniform color. The employee tried to convince me it was normal due to the mechanics of that specific printer – I insisted and they said they would reprint using a 'better printer' the next day and call me back. Never called. Wasted time and money for prints I won't be able to use.

I sent them 2 pdf (black and white, A4) and asked them to please let me know how much it would cost to print those (as bc of corona self service is not available). They answered when the order was ready, but didn't say the price. When I get there they tell me that each paper is 1,5€. So two black and white, a4 prints, are 3 EUROS. Come on, I know it's the center of Amsterdam and it's Corona time but I find this ridiculous. At least let people know in advance when they ask.

I walked there to print a 1-pager.. They informed me (borderline rude tone) that they only take online requests at the moment and that they cannot give an estimated time when my order will be ready for pick-up. I had to wait 40 minutes outside the shop after having sent my online request, only to come back and notice that no-one had taken my order. The guy ended up doing it in 2min (after having me wait for 40) and made me pay 2.75 EUR for a 1 PAGER (!!!). I will not come back.

After using their self-printing service I was charged with 2,5 extra, supposedly the handling fees. Also, I was offered to log in with my email to download the files which is not safe nor secure. The stuff didn’t know and wasn’t willing to tell me the prices, some of them walked away when I addressed them in English.

Dont know why I still keep going there. Like to make you wait forever, before you can actually do something, and actively try to find tricks to make you pay more, by binding documents if you havent asked, using the most expensive rings available, and now they've even changed the settings for printing from the browser to deliberately let you take longer. Unlike any other print shop in terms of service, but its convenient location makes the occasional unhappy customer no issue to them. Judging from the many 1 star reviews, I'm not the only one feeling scammed each time I go there

This place is abusive. Without notifying you they will charge 4€ for handling fees. I have just paid over 7€ for 2 pages. Aren't your salaries paying for serving customers or just for laying around the shop? I will most definitely never come back here.
