★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor job and service. The text print on our wedding cards was not positioned correctly. We provided them 70 wedding cards and only needed paper inserts. They charged us 270 euros for paper, print and three iterations. They didn't compensate for their fault and told me to take my service elsewhere for our church books. I would of given them a second chance if they'd owed up to the error.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife has just come back from doing three prints there . Initially she was told all orders are done 5 hours after being received. No explanation about why this rule is introduced. Took some convincing to get this printed out without waiting time. No other clients in the shop. It’s great when the client leaves happy after paying 7.50 euro for 12 pages . Color print although no one asked to do color. It’s all about customer experience….
