Dit naar aanleiding van onze positieve ervaringen eerder. Wij prefereren de Euregio Kliniek, die is kleinschalig, omdat patiënten in een aangrenzend gedeelte worden onderzocht en niet opgaan in een groot ziekenhuis. Wij hebben alleen maar lof voor het medisch team en hun medewerkers, met name de persoonlijke en vriendelijke begeleiding van Jolande gedurende het gehele traject. Een volgend bezoek zullen wij zeker weer afspreken in Nordhorn. On 10 May our daughters visited the Euregio Clinic in Nordhorn and had a Total Body Scan performed. This is based on our positive experiences earlier. We prefer the Euregio Clinic, which is small-scale because patients are examined in an adjoining part and do not merge with a large hospital. We only praise the medical team and their staff, especially the personal and friendly support from Jolande during the entire process. We will definitely arrange a return visit to Nordhorn.
R	Roland Willemsen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schandalig behandeld! De 'bodyscan' wordt in Duitse (prive)klinieken uitgevoerd. In mijn geval Duisburg. Er zijn wel een goed nederlands sprekende begeleiders aanwezig. Echter, ondanks een afgesproken tijdstip zat ik 2 uur te wachten zonder verdere uitleg of dat er ook maar personeel te zien was. Ik heb geen enkele uitleg gekregen over de aanpak of de onderzoeken. Toen ik uiteindelijk aan de beurt was, waren de duitse medici erg kortaf, slecht verstaanbaar (terwijl ik redelijk duits kan), spreken zeer slecht engels en gaven ze ook geen uitleg. De MRI scanner leek een afdankertje uit een kinderziekenhuis. Een erg smalle tunnel. Bij eerdere MRI scans paste ik ruim in het betreffende apparaat. Voor dit onderzoek was het nodig om extra spoelen op mijn buik en borst te bevestigen. Dit was vooraf in het telefoongesprek met Privatescan niet verteld. Ook niet nadat ik had gezegd geen druk te kunnen hebben op mijn borstkast. Maar bij dit apparaat waren de extra spoelen (al snel 10 kg gewicht, plus vastgeklemd aan het bed) 'echt' nodig. Op het moment dat het bed automatisch in de tunnel werd geschoven paste het niet, maar omdat het elektrisch gaat werd het er gewoon ingeramd! Daardoor drukte de spoelen erg hard in mijn armen, buik en ribben. Zodanig dat ik niet eens meer volledig in kon ademen. Toen ik vervolgens op het belletje drukte en de tafel weer uit de MRI werd geschoven, vertelde ik dat de spoelen pijn deden en ik moeilijk kon ademen (in die MRI scanner wordt het ook nog eens bloedheet omdat ze blijkbaar de koeling niet op orde hebben. (Ben in Nederland echt veel beter gewend). De reactie van die Duitsers: tja, die spoelen moeten gewoon, maar we hebben haast en als je niet wilt dat je klemligt dan moet je maar gaan. Er was geen enkel overleg of uitleg meer mogelijk. Binnen vijf minuten nadat ik in de onderzoeksruimte was binnengekomen stond ik weer buiten en werd ik zonder verdere toelichting zo snel mogelijk het gebouw uit begeleid. Oprotten dus! En dat krijg je dan voor bijna 1000 euro aan vooraf betaalde kosten. Voor alle duidelijkheid: ik ben gemiddelde lengte en heb kledingmaat L. Dat ik klem zat in die MRI scanner is dus zeker niet omdat ik te groot of te dik ben. Het hele apparaat was bedoeld voor kinderen en niet voor volwassenen. En zodra er iets niet naar hun zin gaat, dan wordt je als persona non grata met zeer grote spoed, buiten andere bezoekers om, zo snel mogelijk uit het gebouw gezet. Nog geen glaasje water of een gesprekje kon er van af. Ik vind dit geldklopperij van de bovenste plank en adviseer je om er eerst goed over na te denken voordat je je zo 'duits' laat behandelen. Treated outrageous! The 'body scan' is performed in German (private) clinics. In my case Duisburg. There are good Dutch speaking guides available. However, despite an agreed time, I was waiting for 2 hours without further explanation or that there was any staff to be seen. I have not received any explanation about the approach or the studies. When it was finally my turn, the German doctors were very curt, poorly understood (while I can reasonably German), speak very bad English and they also gave no explanation. The MRI scanner looked like a throw-off from a children's hospital. A very narrow tunnel. In previous MRI scans I fit comfortably in the device in question. For this study, it was necessary to attach additional coils to my stomach and chest. This was not mentioned in advance in the telephone conversation with Privatescan. Not even after I said I couldn't put pressure on my chest. But with this device, the extra coils (quickly 10 kg weight, plus clamped to the bed) were 'really' necessary. When the bed was automatically pushed into the tunnel it did not fit, but because it is electric, it was simply rammed in! As a result, the coils pressed very hard into my arms, stomach and ribs. So much so that I couldn't even breathe in completely. When I then pressed the bell and the table was pushed out of the MRI again, I told them that the coils hurt and I had difficulty breathing (it also gets very hot in that MRI scanner because apparently they don't have the cooling in order. (Am really used to much better in the Netherlands). The reaction of those Germans: well, those coils just have to, but we are in a hurry and if you don't want to get stuck then you should go. No consultation or explanation was possible anymore. Within five minutes of entering the examination room, I was outside again and was escorted out of the building without further explanation. So screw it up! And you get that for almost 1000 euros in prepaid costs. To be clear: I am average height and have clothing size L. That I was stuck in that MRI scanner is certainly not because I am too big or too fat. The whole device was intended for children and not adults. And as soon as something does not go to their liking, as a persona non grata you will be thrown out of the building as soon as possible, without involving other visitors. Not even a glass of water or a conversation could get rid of it. I think this is a top notch money-making scheme and I advise you to think carefully about it before you let yourself be treated in such a 'German' way.
T	Tina Maria Elena p. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik ben hier onlangs geweest , ik kwam aan in Duitsland en mocht wachten in de kantine van het ziekenhuis waar de onderzoeken zouden plaats nemen. Ik had aangegeven waar ik voor kwam bij de receptie. Na 45 minuten wachten toch maar even het bedrijf zelf gebeld. En ik werd gelijk opgehaald. Hele lieve begeleiders. 2 dames. Niks op aan te merken. Het viel me alleen erg op dat ze veel te veel mensen "patienten" onderzochten op 1 dag en dat gaat van de kwaliteit af. Zo had ik een onderzoek waarbij de begeleiding even geen tijd had om uitleg in het Nederlands te geven. Mijn Duits is slecht en uiteindelijk heb ik maar wat gedaan en kwam er een rare uitkomt uit mn test. Dit vond ik teleurstellend omdat ik betaald had voor zowel de test en de uitleg vertaling in het Nederlands. Ik heb dit ook aangegeven met de vraag om dit opnieuw te mogen doen met een begeleider erbij. Maar dit kon volgens haar niet omdat de dokters al om 3uur naar huis zouden gaan om weekend te vieren. Oké! Beetje jammer! Al met al , aardige begeleiders die veel te veel patiënten op 1 dag moeten begeleiden. Gouden tip : doe hier iets mee! Want dit is zonde en merkbaar voor de patiënten die véél geld betalen voor een uitgebreide scan bij jullie. I have been here recently, I arrived in Germany and was allowed to wait in the canteen of the hospital where the examinations would take place. I had indicated what I came for at the reception. It just struck me that they examined far too many people "patients" on 1 day and that depends on the quality. For example, I had a study in which the counseling had no time to explain in Dutch. My German is bad and in the end I did something and a strange one came out of my test. I found this disappointing because I had paid for both the test and the explanation translation into Dutch. I also indicated this with the request to be allowed to do this again with a supervisor. But, according to her, this was not possible because the doctors would go home at 3 am to celebrate the weekend. All right! A pity! All in all, nice supervisors who have to guide far too many patients in one day. Golden tip: do something with this! Because this is a shame and noticeable for patients who pay a lot of money for an extensive scan with you.

Deskundig advies van de medewerker aan de telefoon over wat in mijn geval het handigst was, een MRI-scan of een CT-scan. Uitstekende begeleiding van de Nederlandse hostess tijdens het hele bezoek aan de Duitse kliniek. Een goed en uitgebreid gesprek met de Duitse arts over de uitslag. De hostess vertaalde waar nodig. Na 1,5 uur in totaal stonden we weer buiten. Op vrijdagmiddag het schriftelijke rapport van de Duitse arts al per email ontvangen. Ik geef een 10 en kan het iedereen aanraden! Called on Wednesday, already made an appointment on Thursday morning. Expert advice from the employee on the phone about what was most useful in my case, an MRI scan or a CT scan. Excellent guidance from the Dutch hostess during the entire visit to the German clinic. A good and extensive conversation with the German doctor about the results. The hostess translated where necessary. After 1.5 hours in total we were outside again. Received the written report from the German doctor by email on Friday afternoon. I give it a 10 and can recommend it to everyone!
R	Ruchama on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik heb een bindweefselaandoening waardoor mijn lijf anders is dan standaard. Daarnaast heb ik veel rug en nek problemen. In Nederland is hierin geen expertise. Maar in Spanje en Amerika zitten neurochirurgen die hier wel gespecialiseerd in zijn. Voor een juiste diagnose en behandeling moet ik 3 scans in een niet standaard houding en deze beelden moeten worden opgestuurd naar de neurochirurg. Dit kan gewoon gedaan worden in een standaard MRI en CT scan. Al tijdens een telefonisch gesprek werd ik onderbroken, werd mij verteld dat ik bij deze problemen echt niet zo'n onderzoek nodig had en wist deze persoon het dus beter dan neurochirurgen en mij wordt de scans geweigerd. I have a connective tissue disorder that makes my body different than usual. I also have a lot of back and neck problems. There is no expertise in this area in the Netherlands. But there are neurosurgeons in Spain and America who do specialize in this. For a correct diagnosis and treatment I need 3 scans in a non-standard position and these images have to be sent to the neurosurgeon. This can simply be done in a standard MRI and CT scan. Already during a telephone conversation I was interrupted, I was told that I really did not need such an examination with these problems and this person knew better than neurosurgeons and I was refused the scans.
B	Blue Barrow on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Top experience!! Linda coordinated everything very smoothly from the Netherlands, so I could easily have my MRI done 4 days after I got in touch with her. In the clinic of Bochum (where my MRI happened to take place) the first contact was unfortunately not very good. The lady at the reception was very grumpy, didn't speak a word of English. The situation was quickly improved when I met the lovely Murielle, who's in charge of taking care of you from A to Z along the various steps of the process. She's also responsible for translating from German to Dutch (or English). Murielle, as well as the rest of the nurses and doctors are very friendly and reassuring. I read some reviews which said the contrary, but my experience was very positive - knowing that I'm very sensitive to these things, I testify that it was 100% fine! Only thing that was a bit annoying: it didn't last for 2 hours at the clinic as previously mentioned, but 4 hours: the double. Better plan a full day for it and take a good book. Thank you Private Scan for allowing me to have a positive experience in these moments that are not always easy! And luckily I now know thanks to your quick services that I'm healthy :)
