★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik raad Pro Administraties Leek niet aan. Zijn niet bereikbaar. Bellen niet terug, ondanks dat dat toegezegd wordt. Reageren niet op mail. En tot overmaat van ramp heeft het niet bereikbaar zijn en niet reageren op mail er voor gezorgd dat onze aangiftes te laat zijn ingediend bij de belastingdienst en mogen wij bijna €800.- aan verzuimboetes gaan betalen. Daarnaast ook nog eens fouten gemaakt in onze aangiftes waardoor wij ook nog eens een naheffingsaanslag kregen van bijna €600.-. Pro Administraties Leek heeft ons nu al €1400.- extra gekost en dit betreft alleen nog maar de aangiftes over 2017. Die van 2018 zijn nog niet definitief bij de belastingdienst. Wij houden ons hart vast voor wat er nog meer aan aanslagen bij ons binnen gaat komen.
Natuurlijk heb ik Pro Administraties Leek meteen op de hoogte gebracht van deze aanslagen en om opheldering gevraagd, maar ook op deze mail werd, zoals gewoonlijk voor dit bedrijf, niet gereageerd.

And to make matters worse, not being reachable and not responding to e-mail has ensured that our returns were submitted to the tax authorities too late and we are allowed to pay almost € 800 in default fines. In addition, we also made mistakes in our tax returns, which resulted in an additional assessment of almost € 600.-. Pro Administraties Leek has already cost us € 1400.- extra and this only concerns the declarations for 2017. Those for 2018 have not yet been finalized with the tax authorities. We hold our hearts to what more attacks will come to us.
Of course I immediately informed Pro Administraties Leek about these attacks and asked for clarification, but as usual for this company, there was no response to this email either.

Brede kennis op financieel gebied word goed ingezet.
Door de korte lijntjes er kan snel geschakeld worden en heb je altijd snel een duidelijk antwoord op vragen.
In de loop der jaren ook diverse relaties (zowel zakelijk als privé) doorverwezen naar Pro-Administraties die op hun beurt allen dezelfde ervaring hebben met dit Administratiekantoor Plus zoals ik ze noem.
Helaas is door toenemende drukte en prioriteitstelling een externe telefoonservice ingesteld die mij niet kan bekoren.
Gelukkig word er nog altijd snel en adequaat gereageerd op een email met vragen, opmerkingen of een verzoek.

Because of the short lines, you can switch quickly and you always have a clear answer to questions.
Over the years, various relations (both business and private) have been referred to Pro-Administrations, who in turn all have the same experience with this Administration Office Plus as I call them.
Unfortunately, due to increasing crowds and prioritization, an external telephone service has been set up that does not appeal to me.
Fortunately, there is still a quick and adequate response to an email with questions, comments or a request.
