★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prohousing has the worst service ever! We had a leak in the drainpipe in our cellar room and it took them 1 month!!! that someone actually came to fix it. Unfortunately this hasn't been fixed properly as there is another leak now. Again no sign from them or their plumber after a whole week has passed...leaving us to clean the runoff water from the drainpipe...Can't recommend them at all!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been with proposing who are managing our flat we are renting for a few years now and Michella and Lars are always very helpful and hands on when we need help. They listen to our problems and always try to fix it as fast as possible! Michella has always been very close in contact with us when things were broken or something was not working and helped us out as fast as possible. Very recommendable!

She took care of my request quickly and personally by keeping in touch with me both via mobile phone and e-mail. In addition, Michella speaks excellent English, which was great as I cannot speak Dutch myself. Overall, I am very grateful for her help recently.

They waited for us to arrive in the country and to see the property in person although there were several people already interested in it. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pro Housing helped me find a studio in Maastricht after a long time of trying to look for places. Communication was perfect because Vivy was super responsive to all my emails in a timely manner. She also adressed all my questions and concerns until landing the studio.
When I wasn't able to have previous properties with them, they made sure to keep me in their communication line to try and find other properties with them, which was a great indicator that they cared.
The real estate agent responsible for the studio is Bo, who was also helpful and communicative. With a failed previous studio landing, she also communicated the reason and was eager to help me with my current one.
Overall, I would recommend Pro Housing for finding a property in Maastricht.
