★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Het lukt me nu eindelijk om wat kilootjes kwijt te geraken omdat er geen eigen inbreng is. Je moet het programma wel strikt volgen, maar ik heb dat wel nodig, maar dat is persoonlijk. Het is wel zeer prijzig, dus niet voor iedereen toegankelijk en dat is wel jammer. Bij mij is de prijs een extra motivatie want het is anders een dure grap als je 'vals speelt'.
I finally manage to lose a few pounds because there is no contribution of my own. You do have to follow the program strictly, but I do need that, but that's personal. It is very pricey, so not accessible to everyone and that is a shame. For me the price is an extra motivation because otherwise it is an expensive joke if you 'cheat'.
