About Proeflokaal Brewers
Bij Proeflokaal Brewers kunnen heerlijke speciaalbieren gedronken worden van onze brouwerij, maar ook van andere lokale brouwerijen. Naast bier bieden wij ook wijnen van de lokale Wijngaard Hoog Beek & Royen en huisgemaakte frisdranken. Bij ons kunt u ook heerlijk eten, en bieden een grote variatie aan heerlijke gerechten.
Het Proeflokaal draagt bij aan het creëren van een sterkere “ik hou van Zeist” beleving. Wij gebruiken veel streekproducten, want we zijn trots op Zeist en wat het te bieden heeft. Daarom geloven wij in de samenwerking met lokale ondernemers.
Al een paar jaar zijn wij mede-initiatiefnemers binnen Stichting “Rondje Zeist” en organiseren wij het Streekbier Festival.

Warm onthaal, relaxte omgeving en de eigenaar had ook nog tijd voor een praatje.
We hadden de raviolo, hamburger, het lamsrack en de ribbetjes gestoofd in bier (laatste 2 op de foto). Alles goed bereid en keurig gepresenteerd.
Als nagerecht hadden we de crême brûlée en de cheesecake (op de foto). Niet goedkoop, maar wel lekker ?.
Tasty meals combined with a nice beer.
Warm welcome, relaxed environment and the owner also had time for a chat.
We had the raviolo, burger, the rack of lamb and the ribs braised in beer (last 2 in the picture). Everything well prepared and nicely presented.
For dessert we had the crême brûlée and the cheesecake (on the picture). Not cheap, but tasty ?.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly and open people. We were in somewhat of a hurry, which wasn't a problem at all. They served us a very delicious chicken massala and a burger, both made fresh and with local produce.
They brew their own beers and can come up with delicious soft drinks on the spot. The bread they serve is made fresh by the local bakery from the leftover malt from their home brew beers.
You can tap your own special beers here and they even offer workshops.
Overall we felt very welcome and we'll certainly visit again!
