Laatste keer dat ik daar iets gekocht heb. Een enorme afrader. 8 febr 2021 contact gekregen ze gaan het oplossen. very bad experience with this internet tent, if something is broken from what they have delivered, they do not respond at all. Na contact zou ik de profielen op eigen kosten moeten terugsturen vooraleer ik nieuwe zou krijgen. Absoluut af te raden. Wij zijn in het bijzonder goed geholpen door Quincy. Er bleek iets niet goed te zijn aangesloten maar ook de aftersales is prima op orde bij deze winkel! Ik werdt daar super goed geholpen door alle werknemers en voornamelijk door quincy. Hij staat graag klaar en helpt je met je project en zijn niet verlegen om een stapje meer te zetten om alles te laten zien van profielen tot strips en voor doen met in elkaar zetten. Aanrader om langs te gaan. De koffie is goed en de hulp nog beter. Enige verbeter punt is de zoek functie van de site. Extremely helpful. Ordered online profile for a Hue strip.
