Mijn zus en ik wilden rondje Zwolle fietsen, bleek de accu het ineens begeven te hebben, kregen van Gait Rigter een andere accu te leen zodat wij toch een heerlijk rondje Zwolle konden fietsen. Geweldig aardig zijn wij geholpen. Top! Today a very good / pleasant experience at this bicycle shop. My sister and I wanted to cycle around Zwolle, it turned out that the battery suddenly gave out, Gait Rigter loaned another battery so that we could cycle a lovely round of Zwolle. We have been helped wonderfully. Top!

Rigter regelde het in een mum van tijd voor ons en ook nog met gesloten beurs. Klasse!!! Nogmaals bedankt! Great service! Fantastic craftsmanship!! Helped today with a tire change (wheel was impossible to get out by ourselves). Rigter arranged it for us in no time and also with closed stock market. Class!!! Thanks again!

De winkel was op de dag dat wij wilden huren dicht, maar wij mochten de fietsen de dag ervoor al ophalen. En dat voor dezelfde prijs en een super tip voor een leuke route: “Rondje Zwolle”. Verrassend mooi. Hartelijk dank daarvoor. We have rented bicycles here and are very friendly and neatly helped. The shop was closed the day we wanted to rent, but we were allowed to pick up the bikes the day before. And that for the same price and a great tip for a nice route: “Rondje Zwolle”. Surprisingly beautiful. Thank you very much for that.

Ze gaven me een afspraak voor volgende week. Ik kan geen twee wieler gebruiken. Ik heb mijn driewieler nodig, maar ze zeiden dat ik minstens 1 week moest wachten. Absurd! Staff was not friendly at all, not nice. I just wanted to change a tire, normally that would happen very quickly. They gave me an appointment for next week. I can't use a two wheeler. I need my tricycle but they told me to wait at least 1 week. Absurd!

Lesley even offered to drive to Arnhem on Sunday (when the shop is closed) if we ended up experiencing any problems. We are glad that we didn't need this extra service as the bikes were immaculate and ran incredibly smoothly. Four generations of family run this shop together and that close, supportive atmosphere really shines through. We highly recommend them. Thank you!
