T	Theo (Thesexton) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sportschool of jeugdsoos? Deze sportschool wordt gerund voor 90% uit 16 jarigen (vanwege kosten) die zich verstoppen in een hokje waar niemand ze ziet. Bij binnenkomst is er dan over het algemeen ook niemand van het personeel te zien. Het meeste van het personeel wat hier ook sport met hun vriendjes houden zich dan ook niet aan de corona regels (inschrijven, schoonmaakflesje en doekje mee) ondanks dat de klanten hier zich wel aan dienen te houden. Het reserveringssysteem is zo lek als een mandje en wordt dan ook niet nageleefd. Soms maar voor 30% gereserveerd terwijl de sportschool overvol is. Ik train hier al bijna 3 jaar 6x per week en heb in de corona tijd dan ook altijd (99% van de tijd) netjes gereserveerd. Afgelopen avond ben ik zonder pardon de sportschool uitgezet omdat ik het verkeerde uur had gereserveerd (eenmaal gereserveerd in de app is dit ook niet meer aan te passen). Ik heb me direct laten uitschrijven en zal hier dan ook niet weer terug komen. Gym or youth box? This gym is run for 90% of 16 year olds (due to costs) hiding in a cubicle where no one sees them. There is generally no one of the staff to be seen upon entry. Most of the staff who also do sports here with their friends do not adhere to the corona rules (registration, cleaning bottle and cloth) despite the fact that the customers must adhere to this. The reservation system is as leaky as a basket and is therefore not complied with. Sometimes only reserved for 30% while the gym is overcrowded. I have been training here 6 times a week for almost 3 years now and have always (99% of the time) properly reserved during the corona time. Last night I unceremoniously dropped out of the gym because I had reserved the wrong hour (once reserved in the app, this can no longer be adjusted). I immediately unsubscribed and will not come back here.
K	Kinge Malika on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik doe zowel Zumba als Body Balance en vind de begeleiding van de instructrices heel fijn. Er hangt altijd een leuke en ontspannen sfeer tijdens de groepslessen. I do both Zumba and Body Balance and I really like the guidance of the instructors. There is always a nice and relaxed atmosphere during the group lessons.
F	Fardau van der Wal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De mogelijkheden in de sportschool zijn fantastisch. Veel aanbod in groepslessen en genoeg apparatuur om goed te kunnen sporten. Echter is het jammer dat de sportschool wordt gerund door jongeren die niet tot nauwelijks omkijken naar de leden, behalve van hun eigen leeftijd ;). Plus een groot minpunt is dat er GEEN contact te krijgen is met de administratie afdeling. Ik vraag al een jaar om afschriften van mijn abonnement en wordt van het kastje naar de muur gestuurd. Dus wat betreft klantenservice valt er nog wel wat te verbeteren! The options in the gym are fantastic. A wide range of group lessons and enough equipment to be able to exercise well. However, it is a pity that the gym is run by young people who hardly care about the members, except of their own age ;). Plus a big downside is that there is NO contact with the administration department. I've been asking for copies of my subscription for a year and I'm being sent from pillar to post. So when it comes to customer service, there is still room for improvement!
