★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Letztes Jahr haben wir hier mehrere beachflags erworben. Der Ausleger ist leider aus ganz dünnen Aluminium und kann ziemlich leicht brechen. Beim ersten Sturm wurde gegen Berechnung auch neuer Ausleger zugeschickt. Nun sind in mehreren unserer Filialen die Ausleger wieder gebrochen. Ich habe höflich um Ersatz gebeten. Mehrmals konnte man "angeblich" auf den Fotos nicht erkennen um welches Teil es sich nun handelt. Ich habe mehrere Fotos, die Rechnung und sogar original Fotos von der Webseite mit Markierung versehen zugesandt. Immer wieder die gleiche Ausrede es würde sich nicht um einen Artikel von diesem Unternehmen handeln. Oder Sie könnten auf dem Fotos nicht erkennen. Ich denke hier ist das Problem mehr als bekannt und der gesamte Fahnenmast wurde nun gegen ein anderes Modell getauscht. Da für eine ordentliche Reklamationsabwicklung alle Gestänge wohl komplett getauscht werden müssen, versucht man nun diesen Schritt aus dem Weg zu gehen.
Last year we acquired several beach flags here. Unfortunately, the boom is made of very thin aluminum and can break quite easily. During the first storm, a new boom was also sent for a charge. Now the booms have broken again in several of our branches. I asked for a replacement politely. Several times you could "allegedly" not see in the photos which part it is now. I have tagged several photos, the invoice and even original photos from the website to you. The same excuse over and over again that it was not an article from this company. Or you might not see it in the photo. I think the problem here is more than known and the entire flagpole has now been exchanged for another model. Since all the rods have to be completely replaced for a proper complaint processing, one tries now to take this step out of the way.
