★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Voor een antieke boekenkast had ik twee heel specifieke schroefjes nodig. Ik was al bij meerdere bouwmarkten geweest, maar daar waren de schroefjes niet, of de medewerker had niet genoeg kennis om mij te kunnen helpen.
Bij Profnorm werd ik bijzonder goed geholpen, en heeft een medewerker mij zelfs geholpen bij het monteren van het schroefje (ik heb zelf helaas twee linkerhanden).
Wat een service, hier denken ze met je mee en doen ze echt hun best voor een tevreden klant, hulde!
 For an antique bookcase I needed two very specific screws. I had already been to several hardware stores, but the screws were not there, or the employee did not have enough knowledge to help me.
Profnorm helped me very well, and an employee even helped me mount the screw (unfortunately I have two left hands myself).
What a service, here they think along with you and they really do their best for a satisfied customer, congratulations!
