★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hebben begeleiding voor het behalen van HKZ certificaat aangevraagd. Erg slechte communicatie, Alles werd gekopieerd door iemand die -vooral- 's nachts werkte. Moesten alles zelf uitzoeken. Wilden niet naar ons toekomen tijdens de audit. Hebben werkelijk alles zelf moeten doen. Moesten wel het volle pond betalen.... Nee Prognoz... nooit meer!
 Have applied for guidance in obtaining the HKZ certificate. Very bad communication, Everything was copied by someone who -especially- worked at night. Had to figure everything out for themselves. Did not want to come to us during the audit. Really had to do everything themselves. Had to pay the full dollar .... No Prognoz ... never again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wij zijn goed begeleid in het hele proces van de HKZ. Goed bereikbaar en persoonlijk contact. Ook zijn wij geadviseerd bij de bedrijfsvoering wat erg prettig was.
We are well guided in the entire process of the HKZ. Easily accessible and personal contact. We were also advised on business operations, which was very pleasant.
