About Projob bv
Het is 1995 als Projob haar deuren opent en aankondigt: ‘Wij gaan de Amsterdamse markt veroveren door te laten zien wat we waard zijn’. Dat is gelukt. Van een kleine uitzendorganisatie groeit Projob uit tot een arbeidsmarktspecialist waarin mens en organisatie centraal staan en de dienstverlening uitgebreid is naar werving en selectie, bemiddeling van internationale kandidaten voor internationale bedrijven, loopbaancoaching en trainingen, interim professionals, cocreatie projecten, HR sparringpartners en een B2B netwerk en platform: Projob Company Onboarding.
Ook intern paste Projob zich aan de nieuwe kijk op werk en behoeftes van werknemers aan: van 2 oprichters naar ruim 20 werknemers, van traditioneel aangestuurde teams naar zelforganiserend, van vast personeel naar vast en interimmers, van opdrachten uitvoeren met alleen eigen personeel naar cocreatie. Er wordt gestimuleerd en gefaciliteerd om jezelf blijvend te ontwikkelen.

I have been working with them in the past 2 years and they have always been highly professional and competent in all aspects. Not your typical Michael Page type of experience, Projob doesn't just waste your time with lengthy intake meetings that don't lead to anything.
