β β β β β Geruim een jaar regelmatig moeten bellen naar de klantenservice van rochdale. Standaard hoor je het bandje " het is nu drukker dan normaal.....". De gemiddelde wachttijd is rond de 30 a 40min met vandaag een uitloper naar 60min. De medewerkers zijn overigens heel vriendelijk vandaar die ene ster. Dit lijkt me echter wel iets voor de OR om dit aan te kaarten lijkt mij. Deze arbeidsomstandigheden waarbij medewerkers vnl boze mensen aan de lijn krijgen lijkt me niet bevorderlijk voor de gezondheid!
Had to call Rochdale customer service regularly for over a year. By default you hear the band "it's busier than usual.....". The average waiting time is around 30 to 40 minutes, with today an increase to 60 minutes. The staff are also very friendly, hence the one star. However, this seems like something for the OR to raise this with, I think. These working conditions, in which employees mainly get angry people on the phone, do not seem to me to be conducive to health!

β β β β β Walgelijke organisatie, beter te noemen inrichting. Na enkele weken hebben wij akkoord gekregen op onze woning, erg veel gedoe met de papieren die ingeleverd moesten worden. Waar wij na één week konden tekenen, duurde dit 2.5 week. Wij hadden ons huidige huurcontract al opgezegd, waardoor wij in één week tijd de woning instap klaar moesten maken en verhuizen. Eenmaal begonnen in de nieuwe woning kwamen wij in een hel terecht, er waren zoveel mankementen dat wij niet konden verhuizen waardoor mijn partner en kinderen nu bij mijn schoonouders verblijven. Als je probeert te bellen sta je gegarandeerd 45 minuten in de wacht. De dames die de telefoon beantwoorden zouden een communicatieve training moeten krijgen, daar zijn ze niet erg sterk in. Roggeldale geeft geen thuis. niet voor service, niet voor reparaties. Wij lieten een prachtige woning na, en zijn nu gewoon de L*L!! Mocht je niet in woningnood zijn en een dak boven je hoofd hebben, GA DAN NIET HUREN BIJ ROCHDALE
Disgusting organisation, better called decor. After a few weeks we got approval on our house, a lot of hassle with the papers that had to be handed in. Where we were able to sign after one week, this took 2.5 weeks. We had already canceled our current rental contract, so we had to prepare the house and move in one week. Once we started in the new house, we ended up in hell, there were so many defects that we couldn't move, so my partner and children now stay with my in-laws. If you try to call you are guaranteed to be on hold for 45 minutes. The ladies who answer the phone should receive communication training, they are not very good at that. Roggeldale does not give a home. not for service, not for repairs. We left a beautiful home, and are now just the L*L!! If you are not in a housing shortage and have a roof over your head, DO NOT RENT AT ROCHDALE

β β β β β no wonder are still 1 star have been in Amsterdam for 20yrs with eigen haard but have never seen apoor management like Rochdale for sure, jesus your premises are the most dirtiest in Amsterdam u people dont pick up calls, when u pick up u promise to call back but all in vain in fact gemente Amsterdam needs to chase you out of Amsterdam you dont belong in Europe your just money minded shame upon u

β β β β β Applied via the website for name change on housing contract before moving in, nearly two months later, countless phonecalls/emails, even showing up to the offices to get an answer and still no response.
Have been told a million times that someone would contact me within '8 working hours' and the only call I get is from an automated voicemail to ask how my experience was - terrible services!

I rent a house by them. For one and half year I was calling them to fix the heating system, they did NOT!
If you wanna call them for a repair problem, you will wait on the phone for 20 minutes at least !
And even, they did not compensate me for some extra charges they charged me by mistake !

β β β β β I wish there was a star button for negative 100; definitely I would have gone for it. They have sent me an e-mail that they would come to my living address with in 10 days to repair the stuff, which in principle they should have done it before I moved there. It has been more than 2 months(in between I re e-mailed them again to remind that they ain't appear with in the due date); all in vain.
