Being new to Amsterdam, and not speaking Dutch, I am not sure I could have navigated any of this myself (not to mention I wouldn't have had a clue on how to get that process underway!!) Everyone was quick to respond with follow-up emails, and they ensured that the process with the individual subsidiary services was closely monitored and completed in a very timely manner. THANK YOU!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1st call was a great experience. I contracted their Customer Support Service for future needs, but it is awful. There is no support when required. I sent email and left message. Still no response. I booked another 20mn call : 1st availability is in 4 days while support for utilities has to be in the same day to solve immediate issue. So disappointing...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It seems the agent who helped us arrange our utilities by mistake set up 3 cell phone contracts (with multiple charges being made to my account). He also made a mistake with my birthdate, which has been a great problem to modify later.
Other than that, the agency is great and their service is quite useful. Unfortunately we seem to have been appointed with a bad agent.
