★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik ben het eens met de post hieronder. De service is erg achteruit aan het hollen. Vroeger binnen 24 uur een inhoudelijke reactie op de supportvraag, inmiddels loopt de wachttijd tot een week (!) op. Dat is in deze branche toch niet meer van deze tijd.. vooral met dit dienstenaanbod.
 I agree with the post below. The service is running backwards. Previously a substantive response to the support request within 24 hours, now the waiting time increases to a week (!). That is no longer of this time in this sector ... especially with this range of services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vele jaren gebruik gemaakt van hun services. Echter na nieuwe afspraken gemaakt te hebben, weigerde ze deze na te komen waardoor wij ineens met ontzettend hoge extra kosten te maken kregen. Gelukkig kunnen uitwijken naar een andere (betrouwbare) partner, maar Proserve bleek achteraf een financiële aderlating voor ons bedrijf. Met name na de overname door TransIP is het hard achteruit gegaan.
Used their services for many years. However, after having made new agreements, she refused to comply with these, which meant that we suddenly had to deal with extremely high additional costs. Fortunately we were able to switch to another (reliable) partner, but Proserve turned out to be a financial loss for our company. In particular after the acquisition by TransIP, things deteriorated considerably.
