★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato una giacca Protest "Gutter" a inizio gennaio e sono andato a sciare, dopo un normale utilizzo si vedono segni di abrasione all'altezza del gomito dovuti al contatto con la neve. Problema che non ho mai avuto con altre marche. Per essere una giacca da quasi €200,00 il materiale non è per niente resistente. Ho riportato la giacca in negozio e mi hanno detto che la casa madre non riconosce l'abrasione come difetto di fabbrica. Quindi recensione negativa sia per la qualità del materiale che per il servizio clienti!
 I bought a Protest "Gutter" jacket at the beginning of January and went skiing, after a normal use there are signs of abrasion at the elbow due to contact with the snow. Problem I've never had with other brands. To be a jacket for almost € 200.00 the material is not resistant at all. I brought the jacket back to the shop and was told that the parent company does not recognize abrasion as a factory defect. So negative review both for the quality of the material and for the customer service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mooie kleding om te zien, kwaliteit is alleen niet te vergelijken met kleding van roxy, quicksilver, ripcurl, billabong en dergelijke merken. Protest kleding staat echter wel voor vergelijkbare prijzen als genoemde merken wat het naar mijn idee duur maakt
Beautiful clothes to see, quality cannot be compared to clothes from roxy, quicksilver, ripcurl, billabong and similar brands. Protest clothing, however, stands for comparable prices as the brands mentioned, which makes it expensive in my opinion

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zeer slechte kwaliteit. Vorige week een nieuwe wintersportjas gekocht van €180,- waar na een dag skiën al een gat in zat. Erg ontevreden. Klantenservice neemt geen verantwoordelijkheid als het gaat om de kwaliteit van de stof en geeft als ‘pleister op de wond’ een logostiksel van 6,5 bij 6,5 cm die ik er zelf door een kleermaker op zou moeten laten zetten…
Very bad quality. Bought a new winter sports jacket last week for € 180, which already had a hole in it after a day of skiing. Very dissatisfied. Customer service takes no responsibility when it comes to the quality of the fabric and provides a 6.5 by 6.5 cm logo stitch as a 'bandage on the wound' that I would have to have a tailor put on myself...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Op het eerste oog prachtige ski-kleding, maar helaas slechte ervaringen met een van de broeken. Na eerste gebruik behoorlijke schade, zonder duidelijke aanleiding. De broek aangeschaft vlak na de uitbraak van corona. Onlangs pas in gebruik genomen.
De klantenservice daarentegen is nog teleurstellender dan de kwaliteit van de broek. Deze gaven aan niets te kunnen betekenen en dat ik het best naar de kleermaker kan gaan om het te laten maken. De wijze van schrijven en formulering in het algemeen laten i.m.o. te wensen over.
Voor een broek van cataloguswaarde €160 een behoorlijke afgang.
At first glance beautiful ski clothing, but unfortunately bad experiences with one of the pants. Significant damage after first use, for no apparent reason. Bought the pants just after the outbreak of corona. Recently put into use.
The customer service, on the other hand, is even more disappointing than the quality of the pants. These indicated that they could mean nothing and that it would be best for me to go to the tailor to have it made. Let the way of writing and formulation in general i.m.o. to be desired.
For a pair of trousers with a catalog value of €160, this is quite a let down.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just bought 3 different t-shirts, size small, and when I received them, the size was effectively small, but the 3 t-shirts were sized completely differently! As a result, only one t-shirt had the right size and I had to return the 2 other ones. When I asked Protest for an exchange, they replied to me that there is no exchange possible and that I have to buy the t-shirts again! What sort of brand does that nowadays?? I just couldn't believe their answer! What a shame for you Protest! The t-shirt weren't even on sales! Just learn how to size properly your clothes! Will never deal with this brand again! Never!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Protest has great products. Unfortunatelly that cannot be said about their eshop and customer service. Website listed total of 60eur to be paid, however additional 130eur was taken from my card for shipping. The condition of free shipping only when ordering for more than 80eur was nowhere to be seen.
That would still be ok, however I contactet the customer support right after the transaction asking for order cancellation. Noone replied for another 2 working days (weekend in between..), when the reply finally arrived, it only informed me about the above condition. Upon repeated request to cancell the order, no reply came at all. After that customer support was contacted via phone and only informed me that the package was already shipped.
I can accept the conditional free shipping, however the lazy approach of customer support after asking twice to cancel the order is outrageous. I do not even understand why the company has the need to charge that much for shipping within Europe.
Please be aware when ordering from their eshop. I myself will avoid their website in the future ;(
