β β β β β Een maal iets gekocht, bleek achteraf defect te zijn. Zonde van de 300 euro. Verder is de website een grap met vooral AliExpress veilingen. Doe jezelf een lol en ga naar Troostwijk, want dit is Troosteloos.

β β β β β Boot gekocht via de veiling voor dik 3000, op de kijken dagen werd ons door Appie Kooy uit Leeuwarden en Siemen Feenstra eigenaar werf uit kootstertille vertelt dat de boot technisch goed was. Bij het te water laten was de boot lek en zat de moter vast. Proveiling wou alleen iets weten van de lek, waar tot slot de rekening op eigen bord kregen van 700 euro. Later werden overgebleven boten van deze veiling opnieuw geveilt met de mededeling technisch staat onbekend. Dit werd bij de eerste veiling niet gezegd. Kortom ze nemen geen verantwoordelijkheid voor hun verkochte product
Oplichters zijn het , en raad u aan hier niks te kopen ze zijn niet thuis bij klachten

β β β β β Heel veel wat ik zoek hebben ze niet en buiten dat om mocht je wat kopen komt dit kosten bij dat kosten bij en zus en zo. Dus uit eindelijk kan je liever elders kopen wil je wat goedkoper uit zijn, maar maakt niet uit want regels zijn regels, goed kijken en goed lezen voor je ergens op een biedingen plaatst..
Verder niks mis mee en alles mooi geregeld, maar zo mogen wel wat meer doen met smartphones....

β β β β β Waardeloos bedrijf had een warmwater reiniger bij hun gekocht op de veiling stond wel een nieuw prijs verder niets bv niet getest of werking onbekend dus mag je er van uit gaan dat hij werkt , maar opgehaald en thuis getest maar het werkt niet contact met hun gehad maar mooie woorden maar kunnen niets doen want zo zijn hun voorwaarden maar heel misleidend.
denk hier een rechtszaak van te maken
Worthless company had bought a hot water cleaner from them at the auction, but there was a new price, nothing else, e.g. not tested or operation unknown, so you can assume that it works, but picked it up and tested at home but it does not work, but had contact with them nice words but can do nothing because their terms and conditions are very misleading.
think about making a lawsuit out of this

β β β β β Ruim 1,5 uur wachttijd bij het ophalen. Extra kosten voor koerier. Laten ophalen door koerier, hebben ze twee verschillende tafelpoten meegegeven. Geen excuus, geen geld terug... niets. Extra kosten en spullen die ik niet wilde. Wordt afgedaan als eigen risico en B kwaliteit dus jouw probleem. Waardeloos. Geen 'Pro' maar echte 'Amateur'veiling.
Over 1.5 hours waiting time at pick up. Additional charges for courier. Picked up by courier, they gave two different table legs. No excuse, no money back... nothing. Extra costs and stuff I didn't want. Is dismissed as deductible and B quality, so your problem. Worthless. Not a 'Pro' but a real 'Amateur' auction.

β β β β β Bij proveiling.nl worden door de proveiling.nl zelf nep biedingen geplaatst om de prijs op te drijven.
Dit kwam naar voren omdat een verloren-kavel een dag later alsnog gewonnen werd omdat het "nep" bod werd terug getrokken, het geen als bieder niet mogelijk is.
Ik heb ze aangegeven dat alle door mij gedane biedingen niet geldig zijn aangezien dezelfde "bieder" hierop mee bood, en er zo een wettelijk ongeldig biedingsproces ontstaat. let op! wettelijk heb je 14 dagen bedenktijd op online aankopen, ook al proberen ze je te met hun voorwaarden en onder het mom van "kijkdagen" af te schepen, het betreffen hier allemaal bedrijven die via een "veiling" hun producten "online" verkopen, en dus geen officiΓ«le faillissementen verkopen.
Ik heb uiteraard aangifte gedaan van deze handelswijze.

β β β β β Won 2 items - horeca steel work table and a freezer. The freezer still had ice in it and loads of food - burgers, krokets, frikandel etc. When asked why is there food and could they please take it out, they rudely said NO and that we could eat it on the way home, cause its an extra for free. VERY FUNNY!? On the work table there was mouse poop.
