★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per mail gevraagd hoe lang de wachttijd is. Enkele weken wordt geschreven, voor meer informatie moet ik even bellen. Telefoon wordt meerdere malen niet beantwoord (dat kan uiteraard omdat men in gesprek is). Als ik dan een e-mail stuur met de vraag op welk tijdstip ik het beste kan bellen omdat ze telefonisch niet bereikbaar zijn, krijg ik tot 2 x aan toe geen reactie op mijn email.
