★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hele vervelende ervaring gehad helaas. Dundas zelf is een vriendelijke dame, maar van de 8 afspraken heeft ze zelf 3 afspraken afgezegd, is ze twee afspraken vergeten en konden er maar 3 plaats vinden..
Manier van behandelen:
je kan fijn met haar praten maar ze is erg informeel en vind het zelf ook leuk om te “kletsen” en over zichzelf en haar verhalen te praten. Dat kan toegankelijkheid bevorderen, maar dit worden zulke uitwijdingen dat het ten koste gaat van je eigen tijd.
Ze is weg inconsequent, en dat is erg problematisch voor de bezoekers, want die komen natuurlijk niet voor niks.
We hebben zelfs 1x 15 minuten voor de deur staan wachten toen ze ons was vergeten én niet aanwezig was, en verder nog een volledig uur staan wachten op een belafspraak die ze ook vergeten wasz
 Had a very bad experience unfortunately. Dundas herself is a friendly lady, but of the 8 appointments she canceled 3 appointments herself, she forgot two appointments and only 3 could take place..
Treatment method:
you can talk to her but she is very informal and likes to "chat" herself and talk about herself and her stories. That can promote accessibility, but these become such digressions that it is at the expense of your own time.
It is way inconsistent, and that is very problematic for the visitors, because of course they come for a reason.
We even waited 1x 15 minutes in front of the door when she had forgotten us and was not present, and furthermore we waited a full hour for a call appointment that she also forgot.
