★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De intake verliep nogal stroef omdat ik vraag na vraag als een robot werd ondervraagd, geen empathie werd getoond en ik mij totaal niet op mijn gemak kon voelen. Na anderhalf jaar plotseling een factuur gekregen van 150 euro voor een (kennismaking) intake gesprek en maar weg gemompeld werd over dat het 'door omstandigheden' en 'afspraken over gemaakt' werd ingediend. Ze zijn niet professioneel omgegaan met de situatie en dat vond ik erg jammer.
 The intake went rather stiff because I was questioned after question if a robot was questioned, no empathy was shown and I could not feel at all at ease. After a year and a half, I suddenly received an invoice of 150 euros for an (introductory) intake interview and it was muttered that it was submitted 'due to circumstances' and 'agreements made'. They have not dealt with the situation professionally and I found that very unfortunate.
