Houden je aan een lijntje. Hebben 0,0 inlevingsvermogen. Je krijgt 100x te horen ja ik begrijp het, ik kan het me voorstellen zoveel dat hun medeleven inhoudsloos word. Mijn cijfer komt uiteindelijk uit op een -5 1ster is already too much. A classic example of how a company is spending money on the back of needy people. All empty promises of air have more content. Keep you on a line. Have 0.0 empathy. You get 100x to hear yes I understand, I can imagine so much that their sympathy becomes meaningless. My grade is finally a -5

Word constant van het kastje naar de muur gestuurd en ik moet overal achteraan bellen anders worden afspraken gewoon niet nagekomen. Dit soort interacties zijn PRECIES de oorzaak van mijn complexe trauma, waarvoor ik in behandeling ga. Unkind lady on the phone. A little more patience would be nice, especially if you work with people who have ADHD who quickly lose their way. These kinds of interactions are EXACTLY the cause of my complex trauma, which I am seeking treatment for.

Afspraken worden niet nagekomen, en ik heb het vermoeden dat behandelingen zo lang mogelijk worden uitgerekt om per patient zo veel mogenlijk geld te verdienen. Na vier maanden hier patiënt te zijn geweest kreeg ik te horen dat ze ivm een complicatie van mijn gezondheid (waar ze in de eerste afspraak al vanaf wisten) mij niet mogen behandelen zonder eerst een maandenlang zorgtraject bij een andere instantie door te maken. Vier maanden hebben ze hier de tijd voor gehad. Vier maanden lang is mijn tijd verspild. I have been treated extremely disrespectfully here. After four months of being a patient here, I was told that due to a complication of my health (which they knew about in the first appointment) they should not treat me without first going through a months-long care process with another body. S	Saida Agourram on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Werd al tijdens de intake getraumatiseerd doordat ze deed alsof ik met haar in de zandbak heb gespeeld en dwars over al mijn grenzen walste. Klacht werd eerst genegeerd daarna deed de zorgmanager alsof ze me wilde helpen maar eigenlijk alleen tijd rekte zodat ik zou opgeven om een klacht in te dienen. Toen ik na zes maanden bij mijn standpunt bleef, maakte ze een afspraak met de directrice die gewoon doodleuk zei, dit is niet de procedure. Alsof ik op eigen houtje onaangekondigd haar kantoor binnen viel. Ziekte als verdienmodel en zeker in de GGZ verwachten ze dat je je schaamt voor je ziekte en anders praten ze je een schaamtegevoel aan. Je betaalt voor gaslighting en hertraumatisering. KASSA!! Illness as a business model and certainly in mental health care they expect you to be ashamed of your illness and otherwise they will talk to you about feeling ashamed. You pay for gaslighting and re-traumatization. CASH DESK!!

Maar mijn minpunt is de slechte bereikbaarheid van de psychiater. De psychiater werkt maar 1 dag in de week en het kost heel veel moeite om haar te pakken te krijgen. Ook in noodsituaties. De slechte bereikbaarheid van de psychiater zorgt ervoor dat ik maar 3 sterren geef, anders had ik 4 sterren gegeven. They are very involved and I am very satisfied with them, they are very knowledgeable and really listen to you. But my downside is the poor accessibility of the psychiatrist. The psychiatrist only works 1 day a week and it takes a lot of effort to get hold of her. Also in emergency situations. The poor accessibility of the psychiatrist means that I only give 3 stars, otherwise I would have given 4 stars.
