★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wil je graag concrete stappen nemen om je mentale welzijn beter te krijgen? Dan is dit, in mijn ervaring, absoluut niet de plek. Ik loop er al 2,5 jaar en ik heb bijna geen goed woord over deze instantie. Ik kreeg pas na 2 jaar (toen het bij hun al bekend was) op een hele botte manier te horen dat ik een diagnose had. Vervolgens raden ze me aan om te beginnen met een therapie ( waarvan ik eerst het nut niet van inzag wegens het ontbteken van de diagnose). Ik heb vervolgens 3 keer een dag van te voren te horen gekregen dat ik niet kon beginnen. Deze communicatie is zo onprofessioneel dat ik eerder wil spreken van GEEN communicatie dan slechte. Begrijp me niet verkeerd er zou vast wel personeel rond lopen dat weet wat ze doen en ze hebben het hart vast en zeker ook op de goeie plek. Maar als ik je advies mag geven: ga naar een andere plek, kom hier niet. Ik ben in mijn periode hier er slechter van geworden dan beter. Met alle gevolgen van dien.

I have been walking there for 2.5 years and I hardly have a good word about this body. Only after 2 years (when it was already known to them) I was told in a very blunt way that I had a diagnosis. Then they advise me to start a therapy (which at first I did not see the benefit of missing the diagnosis). I was then told 3 times a day in advance that I could not start. This communication is so unprofessional that I would rather say NO communication than bad communication. Don't get me wrong there would probably be staff walking around who know what they are doing and they certainly have their heart in the right place. But if I can give you advice: go to another place, don't come here. In my period here I got worse than better. With all its consequences.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik ben bij vele instanties geweest, maar PsyQ verdiend echt de medaille als de slechtste instantie ooit. Er werd mij beloofd dat ik met een één op één behandeling kon beginnen na de vakantie van de psychiater. Toen ze eenmaal terug was, kreeg ik te horen dat ze dat niet konden bieden en ik in groep therapie kon gaan, of vertrekken. Ze hebben me nooit echt opgenomen, ik zat vast in de intake fase. Wilde me afwimpelen met een opname in Woerden helemaal. Psychiater was ontzettend onprofessioneel en vertelde mij gewoon dat ze mij plat zou willen spuiten als ik geen zoontje had gehad. Of dat ik niet zo moet overdrijven. Nu zie ik ze wekelijks en zijn ze of altijd te vroeg, of te laat, of ze vergeten gewoon de hele afspraak. Of ik wordt gebeld over een afspraak die nooit ingepland was. Kortom, ze kunnen hun eigen leven niet in orde brengen, laat staan dat van een ander.
I've been to many agencies, but PsyQ really deserves the medal as the worst agency ever. I was promised that I could start one-on-one treatment after the psychiatrist's vacation. Once she got back, I was told they couldn't offer that and I could go into group therapy, or leave. They never really admitted me, I was stuck in the intake phase. Wanted to brush me off with a recording in Woerden altogether. Psychiatrist was very unprofessional and just told me she would want to shoot me flat if I hadn't had a son. Or that I shouldn't be exaggerating. Now I see them weekly and they are either always too early, too late, or they just forget the whole appointment. Or I get a call about an appointment that was never scheduled. In short, they can't fix their own life, let alone someone else's.
