H	Hans Van Breda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wij hebben heerlijk gegeten in de achtertuin waar het heerlijk toeven is. Een gezellige bediening en lekker warm door de vuurhaard in de tafel en de fleece Deken. Wij hadden heerlijke sucade en biefstuk met verse groenten appelcompote, bietjes,salade en frietjes,dit alles was ruim voldoende en van een geweldig goede kwaliteit. Kortom een gelegenheid om eens terug te komen. We had a lovely meal in the backyard where it is lovely to sit. A cozy service and nice and warm because of the fire in the table and the fleece blanket. We had delicious sucade and steak with fresh vegetables, apple compote, beets, salad and fries, all of this was more than sufficient and of a great quality. In short, an opportunity to come back.

De ruimte is alleen zó karig ingericht, dat je wel moet fluisteren om niet aan de andere zijde van het restaurant gehoord te worden. Ook iedereen om ons heen leek wel een lid van een geheime organisatie. Overal gesmoes. Heel ongemakkelijk en ongezellig. Great lunch and friendly service. The space is just so sparsely furnished that you have to whisper not to be heard on the other side of the restaurant. Everyone around us also seemed like a member of a secret organization. All over the place. Very uncomfortable and unsociable.
H	Happy CityHoppers on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Het is even zoeken want het terras bij de kerk ligt niet voor het Grand café. Achter het café is er een volledig overdekte terrastuin. De tafels hebben daar een gezellige tafel haard. De maaltijd salade met zalm was echt super vers. Gevarieerde inhoud met rucola, wilde sla melange, olijven, tomaat, komkommer, cappertjes en een overheerlijke balsemico dressing. Over de combinatie van de ingredienten is echt nagedacht. Heerlijk. Als grote eter heb ik er nog een balletje gehakt met 2 dikke plakker bruin brood en handige mostert zakjes bij genomen. En wat een plezier! Deze bal is vers gemaakt met een uitje. Heerlijk mals en sappig zo uit de jus. Hiervan krijg je een kommetje bij. De plakken vers gesneden brood zijn ook kakel vers. De 2 rechthoekige korketten waren ook heerlijk. Goed gevuld met rundvlees. De eveneens verse dikke plakken brood waren uitstekend. Vers salade garnituur met een sinasappel schijfje. De bitterballen met mosterd waren volgens zeggen ook erg lekker. Een uitstekende keuken gebaseerd op deze gerechten. Uitermate vriendelijke dame die ons hielp. Dank je wel voor de gastvrijheid. It takes some searching because the terrace at the church is not in front of the Grand Café. Behind the cafe there is a fully covered terrace garden. The tables there have a cozy table fireplace. The meal salad with salmon was really super fresh. Varied contents with arugula, wild lettuce melange, olives, tomato, cucumber, capers and a delicious balsamic vinegar dressing. The combination of the ingredients has really been thought through. Delicious. As a big eater I also chopped a ball with 2 thick slices of brown bread and handy mustard bags. And what a pleasure! This ball is made fresh with an onion. Deliciously tender and juicy straight from the gravy. You get a bowl of this. The slices of freshly cut bread are also very fresh. The 2 rectangular corquettes were also delicious. Well filled with beef. The also fresh thick slices of bread were excellent. Fresh salad garnish with an orange slice. The bitterballen with mustard were also said to be very tasty. An excellent kitchen based on these dishes. Very friendly lady who helped us. Thank you for the hospitality.
