Er loopt wel een een zeer negatief figuur rond,waar een klantvriendelijke cursus geen verspilde moeite zou zijn ( ERWIN ),ik persoonlijk als iemand die er al sinds 2006 mijn inkoop doe en er ooit door mijn Oom Jaap naar toe ben gestuurd die er ook minimaal 20 jaar zijn inkoop heeft gedaan,heb hierdoor (ondanks alle goede service van Dennis en zijn team) mijn heil sinds vandaag (de zoveelste aanvaring) elders te zoeken bij de concurrent.
Hoop echt dat zijn leidinggevende hier wat mee doet.
As always great, but.....
There is a very negative figure around, where a customer-friendly course would not be wasted effort (ERWIN), I personally as someone who has been purchasing there since 2006 and was once sent there by my Uncle Jaap who also at least Has made his purchase for 20 years, because of this (despite all the good service from Dennis and his team) since today (the umpteenth collision) I have to look elsewhere with the competitor.
I really hope his manager does something about this.
