★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik was heel enthousiast over de tips voor pups. Super goed. Dus ook enthousiast om de 4 e-books te bestellen. De link voor de e-books kwam niet goed door. Dus snel een mail naar de klantenservice. Geen reactie. Een bericht op de Facebookpagina, geen reactie. Bericht op LinkedIn, geen reactie. Dus geen e-books, wel betaald en vervolgens krijg ik dagelijk geautomatiseerde email reacties op hoe het bijten, plassen e.d. van de pup af te leren en om te buigen. Super vervelend dat er nergens persoonlijk contact gemaakt kan worden. Tot op heden betaald, geen producten, geen contact. Ellen Zomer
 I was very enthusiastic about the tips for puppies. Very well. So also excited to order the 4 e-books. The link for the e-books did not go through properly. So quickly send an email to customer service. No reaction. A message on the Facebook page, no response. Message on LinkedIn, no response. So no e-books, but paid and then I receive daily automated email responses on how to unlearn and bend biting, peeing, etc. from the puppy. Very annoying that there is nowhere to make personal contact. Paid to date, no products, no contact. Ellen Summer
