★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Voor mij de laatste keer naar dit evenement; tenminste als het op deze wijze verdergaat. Te weinig vernieuwing. Veel productontwerpen die terugpakken naar de 50, 60 en 70er jaren; niet erg inspirerend . Ik had ook een belangrijke deelname verwacht van de ontwerp-opleidingen aan de diverse (design) Academies; daar komt de inspiratie vandaan !. Te veel rondhangen, borrelen en verveling; voor mij teleurstellend dus.
 For me the last time to this event; at least if it goes on in this manner. Too little innovation. Many product designs that go back to the 50, 60 and 70 years; uninspiring. I also expected an important participation from the design courses at the various (design) Academies; that inspiration comes from!. Hanging around too much, bubbling and boredom; for me so disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gelukkig zijn nog vak-evenementen zoals Design District. Met een leuke ongedwongen sfeer, een zeer uitgebreid en kwalitatief aanbod. Vooral de opzet van de beurs en de informele manier van contact leggen maakt het een prettige plek om informatie op te doen. Ook het lezingen programma is interessant en actueel.
Ik kom zeker terug.
Fortunately there are still professional events such as the Design District. With a nice casual atmosphere, a very extensive and high-quality range. In particular, the design of the exhibition and the informal way of making contact make it a pleasant place to get information. The lecture program is also interesting and current.
I'll definitely return.
