Ze vertelde met veel enthousiasme over haar olijfoliën die zij en haar man met veel zorg uitzoeken. Ik besloot een kijkje ging nemen op de website. Wat een fantastische producten. Duidelijke uitleg erbij en ik heb direct een aantal prachtige flessen uit het assortiment besteld. Goeie levering en ze smaken echt fantastisch. Bedankt Mariëlle, ik weet dankzij jou meer over olijfolie. The choice is huge at Pure Virge. I recently had the pleasure to meet owner Mariëlle during a training. Ik heb in de korte tijd dat ik Pure Virge ken, kennisgemaakt met 3 bijzondere producten, waarover ik jullie zal tippen. De Acushla gold edition. Een heerlijke olijfolie met een peperachtig nasmaakje. Heerlijk! Gran Moro Modena Aceto Balsamico. Dit is mijn favoriet en zou iedereen moeten proeven. De smaak is verrukkelijk! Stroperige balsamico en toepasbaar op vele gerechten, salades, kazen. Een ware topper! Tenslotte de Mussini Balsamico Bianco no. 12. Deze heb ik net, dus moet ik nog uitproberen. Maar die fles! Zo mooi! Deze is geloof ik behoorlijk exclusief, heb hem nergens anders nog kunnen spotten. Afgaand op het advies van Pure Virge moet dit ook een heerlijke balsamico zijn. De olijfolie en balsamico die ze verkopen zijn van top kwaliteit, heel erg zacht van smaak, je proeft de liefde in het product en door het brede aanbod kun je deze heerlijke producten bij verschillende gerechten combineren. Voor een mooie prijs zeer lekkere goede balsamico gekocht. De balsamico werd perfect verpakt met een persoonlijke boodschap bezorgd. Aanrader! In eerste instantie heb ik de Magna Olea besteld. Wat een heerlijke zachte olie met herkenbare tonen van noot en gedroogd fruit. Echt een aanrader om te combineren met een lekkere ciabatta bijvoorbeeld. Deze olie is zeker niet voor niks een veel bekroonde olie!! Daarna ben ik ook de La Barca (smoked olie) en Bio Orto Ogliarola gaan proberen. De la Barca olie is echt een hele aparte olie. Als je eens wat anders wil proberen, echt iets aparts, dan kan ik je deze aanbevelen. Dit is er echt eentje voor de liefhebber. Je proeft er een heerlijke bbq/rook smaak in terug. Zeer apart! De Bio Orto Ogliarola olie is een hele zachte olie met een klein bittertje. Een lekkere olie om met een gerecht te combineren, waarbij je de olie wel proeft maar deze niet de nadruk op het gerecht legt. Heel lekker zacht en subtiel. Naast het feit dat al deze producten heerlijk smaken, zitten ze ook nog eens in mooie flessen die gezien mogen worden op het aanrechtblad! Kortom echt een aanrader om deze heerlijke en mooie producten van Robin & Mariëlle te proberen. Na het gebruik van deze olijfolie wist ik dat er een groot verschil in olijfolie is! De Magna Olea is een heerlijk zachte olie die echt een toevoeging is voor je gerechten. De Betis Olijfolie om in te bakken ben ik gaan gebruiken, ook een aanrader! Door mijn liefde voor mooie plaatjes en lekker eten is het geweldig dat de producten in mooie flesjes en verpakkingen zitten verpakt, dus een mooie aanvulling was voor mij de Aceto Balsamico di Modena.
