★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Een lekkage gemeld. Heel vriendelijk te woord gestaan. Onvoorstelbaar snel waren de monteurs ter plaatse. Toen het waarschijnlijk niet nodig bleek te zijn waren ze uiterst vriendelijk. Fantastich!!!
 Reported a leak. I spoke very kindly. The engineers were on site incredibly fast. When it probably turned out not to be necessary they were extremely friendly. Fantastich !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Als er gewoon water geleverd wordt, niets aan het handje. Maar O wee als ze de watermeter komen vervangen (op Pwn`s initiatief) Klanten service is onbeschoft, je wordt gewoon afgebekt en ze vragen waarom je belt als je info wilt hoe laat de monteur ongeveer komt. Ze zijn stug en stijf wensen niet mee te denken het tijdvak is tussen 8 en 12 en je wordt geacht achter de deur te zitten. Info wordt verder niet gegeven en men is niet bereid mee te denken hierin.
If ordinary water is supplied, nothing is wrong. But oh dear if they come to replace the water meter (on Pwn`s initiative) Customer service is rude, you are simply blocked and they ask why you call if you want information about what time the technician will arrive. They are stiff and stiff do not want to think with you, the period is between 8 and 12 and you are supposed to be behind the door. No further information is provided and people are not prepared to contribute ideas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Het is echt niet fijn dat ze tegenwoordig maar tot 1300 bereikbaar zijn.
Gelukkig had ik een fijne beveiliger aan de lijn die mij kon helpen voor hem wel 5 sterren.??
