β β β β β I went there for a haircut. Twice. First time a old lady cut my hair and it was good. But the second time someone else cut my hair. She did it as if she was in a hurry and the haircut was really bad. Pretty disappointed with the uneven hasty cut she gave me. Won't visit again.

I wanted to cut around 15 cm of my hair. When I came home I saw that in front hair is much longer then on the back. It will happen if you pull all hair back and simply cut it straight, but hairdresser should know how to do it properly.
Never will go there again.

β β β β β I went there to do highlights. The result was not what I wanted. The colour was yellowish and they were not careful with the technique - sometimes very big pieces of hair in a highlight. After I complained, they applied another paint to make it less yellow, which in the end was ok, but I will never go there again. Putting 2 starts because the prices are very compatible - way cheaper than at other places.

β β β β β I had an appointment there today at 8am. I was there at 8am. It was still closed. I do not understand why they set up an appointment with me when they are not even open. This is disrespectful to the client's time.

β β β β β My experience at Q hair club was wonderful. The haircut turned out to be exactly what I wanted. The lady working on my hair seemed very experienced at her job. She was very friendly and we had a nice chat.
And I didn't bleed my wallet out for a good haircut. Very satisfied.
