Don’t park here !! Security guards and emergency line worse than useless and advised is to walk 1 km to police station to file a report . Three cars all at 7 pm including ours all broken into glass everywhere right next to front entrance . There is no security at all . Police told us a gang operates here and breaks into cars every week - never caught and escapes out back entrance where there are no cameras. Police said cameras are only there to make sure customers pay at the machines but don’t protect cars at all and qpark is very aware of these gang breaking but don’t care as they just get more money since customers have to wait for police and pay by the minutes so qpark just gets more money when these happen weekly . We were quite disgusted by the complete lack of help and all they care about is more money they can take . The security guard I had to cal by intercom told me there are two guards for seven car parks so no he could not come to help even though three breaking had just happened in less than 20 minutes - he said it’s not his job and it’s also not his job to call police - he said he is not allowed to help so I had to get another customer to come help us . Police told us it is much safer to park on the street than at the qparks as gangs target these qparks .

Reasonable parking down town… standard Q Parking prices

Parque prices are always expensive, but this I could say is a fair price for the proximity of the city center.

Q-Park always surprise me good , good prices , clean , not 100% safe but this is almost everywhere , but i see the parking spot are little smaller ? maybe they needed more moneys but are ok if everyone cares about other cars like for them car . Come with pleasure, payment available in a lot of methods.

Tiny spaces and 4 spaces for electric charging but the charger only has 2 places in total. It's clean though.

Completely unprofessional, disrespectful and unacceptable client service. The machine at the parking entrance was not working properly and didn't give a ticket, but opened the gate. After several attempts to get the ticket and having no ability to reverse back, I entered the parking and went to a service window waiting for 10 minutes for someone to appear. In the meanwhile I saw that the machine started giving the tickets again. Well, I went back to the car to try to leave the parking and enter again, in case first 15 minutes are free. Plot twist - I couldn't leave without the ticket. Tried desperately to get in a contact again with the service calling from the machine and that's when I met the lady full of the will to help. The lady asked what is the issue, I was trying to explain my situation, she asked me why did I came to a parking, the reply was "to park" and she said "You have to answer my questions if you want help". I apologised in case I missed a question and asked to repeat since it quite noisy in the parking and I in general have issues with hearing. The only loud response I finally got was a yelling from a so called helping service that I have to leave and go to a different place inside where I won't have issues hearing and stop creating problems for other people waiting to leave.. Do I need to mention that there was no-one waiting? Just one car came the moment the service of the parking started yelling. From the inside a different person picked up the call, solved the issue in less than a minute by finding my ticket by a licence plate and printing it to me through the parking machine. Q-Park is one of my favourite parkings, but in case I want to safe some nerves - I'll think twice about the choice.

3.6 stars, not great, not terrible. Parking spaces are large enough for a big-ish car (4.85m long), but don't expect to get in and out very easily. Capacity isn't large enough for Maastricht Saturdays, you often have to wait a while to be let it.
