★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Klem gezet, kon niet in mijn wagen. Helpdesk benaderd, werd ik toch onbeschoft en ondeskundig behandeld, een hond vrat hier geen brood van. Klacht bij hoger hand gedaan en persoon die me te woord stond gecorrigeerd. daags erna een bloemetje en excuses van Q-park, maar heb wel schade door dat voorval. Kenteken doorgegeven.
 Clamp put in my car. When I approached the helpdesk, I was treated rude and incompetent, a dog did not eat any of this. Complaint made higher up and person who spoke to me corrected. the following day a flower and apologies from Q-park, but I have damage from that incident. License plate passed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Het is voor ons absoluut onduidelijk hoe je de parkeerkorting kunt krijgen bij gebruik van een ns reis. Is ons nog nooit gelukt. Kost veel werk/moeite om te veel betaalde achteraf terug te krijgen. Zetten auto tegenwoordig elders. Jammer?
It is absolutely unclear to us how you can get the parking discount when using an NS trip. We have never succeeded. Takes a lot of work / effort to get back overpaid. Put cars elsewhere nowadays. Too bad?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parkeren bij Q-park is altijd goed geregeld met schone locaties. De omgeving om het terrein is echter slecht onderhouden en doet afbreuk op het bedrijf zelf. Denk dat de groenvoorziening best eens een goede beurt mag hebben, dus beste gemeente Sittard, doe er je voordeel mee.
Parking at Q-park is always well organized with clean locations. However, the area around the site is poorly maintained and affects the company itself. Think that the landscaping should have a good turn, so dear municipality of Sittard, take advantage of it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parked here overnight for a train trip to another city, conveniently located next to the station. However, the next morning neither my Saldo OV-Kaart, nor my credit card were accepted ("you didn't ride in"), so you neither can enter the park deck, nor exit the car. No personnel on a Sunday, and remote comm system next to the deserted booth not working. So although open 24/7, you're trapped when staying overnight. Finally got 'released' by making a call at the exit gate and paying a day tariff (still more than I would have paid with the NS discount).
