β β β β β In ruim 6 jaar twee keer contact gehad met Liander in Amsterdam. Altijd het gevoel van persoonlijk contact gehad, ze hebben documentatie goed op orde, staan je vriendelijk te woord en zijn niet te beroerd om even de tijd te nemen bij vragen.
Had contact with Liander in Amsterdam twice in more than 6 years. Always had the feeling of personal contact, they have documentation in order, are friendly to you and are not afraid to take a moment with questions.

β β β β β 15 minuten in de wacht staan, geen antwoord hebben en deze ook niet voor je willen opzoeken. Vragen over de P1 poort hoef je niet te stellen, wat een bedroevend slecht personeel aan de telefoon.
Being on hold for 15 minutes, not answering and not wanting to look it up for you. You don't have to ask questions about the P1 port, what a sadly bad staff on the phone.

β β β β β DON'T ACCEPT A SMART METER!!
Liander will outsource the replacement of meters to another company that are payed per installation. Quantity over quality, meaning they really don't care or take any responsibility. This subcontractor does not care if they break anything after the meter either. If the do break it, the will not inform Liander who will do everything not to help you out, and will leave you with the damages.
If you argue enough you might get a refund within 8 weeks. In my case the damage Liander and their subcontractor will have set me back 1.600 euros, and i still don't have gas or warm water.
My only advise is to ignore their mail about replacing it. You are NOT obligated to do the change.
